It's been a while since i participated in sport. As everyone know, i'm not good in ANY sports, thus i am not going badminton court to practice my badminton skills. My purpose was to sweat, alot.
I felt so tired after played for an hours and did sweat a lot. It's actually quite fun if i have such stamina. I am planning to have badminton at least once a week. Hope i can do it. I'm lazy to move.
May i know played badminton can increase my muscle? I just need 1%, in order to grab the incentive. Haha. Praying hard. Someone said when my fat decrease, my muscle will automatically increase. So, please fat bye bye and muscle please come. $.$
